God gives wisdom
For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
Talk about it
Yahweh is God's name, and this verse says he is the one who gives wisdom. You don't have to find it all by yourself. You can ask him for it, any day, in your own words.

James 1:5 says the same thing to Christians: “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” Proverbs 2 pictures wisdom as treasure worth searching for (2:4), and then says God is the one who gives it. Both are true: we seek, and he gives.
